Just wondering how many other people are stuck working nightshifts and how they cope with the extra stresses it puts on your relationships/marraiges?

I've been working nights for over 2 years now, 8pm-8am for 3 or 4 nights each week. I'm constantly tired and have no set routine as far as my life and family go as a result. Would be nice if anyone has any hints or tips to help things be easier, as despite the fact i've been doing this for a while, i still haven't managed to find a "rhythm" to get into.
The only positive thing i can see about it is that i get to see my son alot more working nights than i would if i was working the dayshifts (8am-8pm), as i'd be leaving the house before he wakes up and i'd be back after he's in bed.
