The ability to recieve Health Care is something that a lot of us take for granted in this country. Unfortunately, those living in the developing world are not as lucky. Almost 9 million children in these regions die every year from largely preventable or treatable illnesses.

I’m working on behalf of Save The Children and the Ad Council to let you know about their national public service campaign, “See Where the Good Goes.” Local health workers are critical when it comes to newborn and child survival in the developing world. Thanks to the extension of basic health care by health workers to children and mothers in developing countries, every 4 seconds a child is being saved..

Check out the site (GoodGoes.org) to support these local health workers. Also there is a facebook app that will help lend support to these courageous individuals:Good Goes Facebook
